Dr. Kylie Dugan is a Texas-based, licensed physical therapist. As such, she performs a comprehensive assessment to identify areas to address in addition to listening to your needs. A physical therapy plan of care will be established, which typically encompasses manual therapy (including lymphatic work and John Barnes myofascial release), exercises, neuromuscular re-education and facilitation, just to name a few. Each patient receives an individualized plan of care.
Dr. Kylie also offers dry needling as an a la carte service as well.

We are passionate about hypermobility and pelvic floor! This includes dysautonomia, hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), hypermobility spectrum disorder (HSD), pelvic pain, incontinence, etc.
That being said, Dr. Kylie is comfortable treating most orthopedic and neurologic conditions. Reach out with specifics if you are unsure if it is a good fit.

In the state of Texas, you can be seen for 30 days without a referral (like a “prescription” for PT). This gives us a bit of time to get things moving for you - literally! Typically, we recommend moving forward with getting a referral to ensure you have no pauses in your care, but you can start without one. (Note: this is different than an insurance authorization, which is not required due to the out-of-network status of the practice.)

Dr. Kylie is proud to specialize in helping patients who deal with pelvic floor issues (prolapse, incontinence, pelvic pain, etc.), hypermobility (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome [EDS], hypermobility spectrum disorder [HSD]), among other orthopedic and neurological conditions.
For many patients, medical gaslighting and being shrugged off by providers is all too common. Dr. Kylie prides herself on being a listening ear and a solutions-based supporter for your healthcare needs. In addition to your PT plan of care, she can provide you with recommendations for likeminded providers who can assist in medical diagnoses (which is prohibited by a physical therapist).

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly. Please keep in mind not to share health-related information via email or text, as these are not secure channels to protect your information.
Current patients can access secure messaging through the Jane portal.

Unfortunately, the insurance system is bad for everyone except the insurance company. We cannot afford to provide quality care while accepting traditional insurance.
We are able to provide you with a bill to utilize for potential reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network benefits. You are also able to pay using HSA/FSA cards.
We also have a commitment to make care accessible - for every 10 paid visits by various patients, we will offer 1 pro bono visit at a highly discounted rate for someone who would otherwise be unable to access this care. Stay in touch if you are interested in joining the pro bono waitlist. (This requires validation of income via local YMCA standards.)

Physical therapy sessions purchased individually are priced at $175 per session, which range from 45-55 minutes based on patient need/tolerance. Prices are lowered when sessions are purchased up-front in a package.
Dry needling is available as an a la carte service at $75/session.

At this time, virtual visits are only offered as a method for patients to be seen for their appointment if they would otherwise have to cancel within the 24-hour window (up to 2 hours before scheduled appointment time).
For example, if you learn of a last-minute meeting or have a kiddo home sick from school and no childcare, you can notify us to be seen virtually up to 2 hours before your appointment or pay the cancellation/no-show fee.
Physical therapy benefits from hands-on work when possible. That being said, we want to make sure you have options to access care when life happens.
